Job summary

• Willingness to learn power transmission equipment terminology and catalog information.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls professionally and determine the nature of inquiries, researching and following up to provide accurate information.
• Gather required information and respond to inquiries or requests.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for orders in the system.
• Assist other employees in a professional manner as needed.
• Edit orders accurately for input into SAP/Configurator.
