Trimble in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Technical Customer Support Technician to become the technical expert for VDC and Fabrication solutions, helping MEP contractors and detailers leverage Trimble FabShop and related tools.
You will resolve complex issues, collaborate with product and training teams, and represent Trimble at events, delivering clear documentation and driving BIM adoption across projects.

As a Technical Customer Support Technician, you will be directly involved in shaping customer success by delivering high-impact technical support for cutting-edge VDC and Fabrication solutions. You will go beyond standard troubleshooting by helping MEP contractors, detailers, and fabricators leverage Trimble FabShop as their solution for fabricating Sheet Metal Duct and constructable Revit models and Trimble purpose-built connected technologies.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
