What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Overachieve high customer satisfaction objectives through proactive engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
- Conduct monthly success planning activities aligning product benefits with customer priorities
- Educate customers on product features and updates to enhance their experience and drive account growth
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of overachievement on customer satisfaction and KPIs
- 6+ years of related customer-facing experience in technical consulting or customer success
- Experience with public cloud services (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related protocols
- Understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions in Cloud
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with public cloud object storage services such as AWS S3
- Knowledge of AWS VPC configuration and migration patterns from on-premises to Cloud
- Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
