Job summary

Industrial Electronic Supply (IES) in Springdale, AR is seeking a Customer Service and Warehouse Representative. You will blend technical knowledge with outstanding customer service to help industrial customers find the right automation and control solutions.

This role is a hands-on mix of counter service and warehouse duties, with opportunities to grow your product knowledge through manufacturer training. Responsibilities include responding to customers via phone, email, and in person;

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and professional communication, warehouse/shipping/receiving experience, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), basic electronics knowledge, strong organization and time management, team player with positive attitude, valid driver's license and clean driving record, ability to pass drug screen and aptitude tests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency.
• Provide product and technical information to customers.
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive shipments and verify accuracy; pick, pack, and ship orders as needed.
• Maintain tidy and safe work area; support inventory management and branch operations.
