Job summary

Viant Medical is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to act as a technical, customer-facing liaison. The role blends engineering knowledge with problem solving and operational coordination to deliver exceptional support to site customers.

You will work with Sales, Customer Service and factory teams to meet requirements, manage contracts, quotes, and order entry, and develop strong customer relationships across direct and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or medical device experience is required.
• Strong communication across organization at all levels is essential.
• Experience reading design drawings and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, environmental, security, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to meet requirements.
• Develop customer relationships with direct customers and strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to meet customer needs and grow sales.
• Provide input for quarterly business reviews and forecasting processes.
• Execute contract review and order entry processes at site level.
• Support intercompany quoting and order entry between sites.
• Drive on-time performance and communicate plans for expediting and recovery.
• Identify process improvements to better serve customers and reduce waste.
