Viant Medical in Wheeling, IL is seeking a senior Customer Operations professional to advocate for customers while balancing site capabilities and business priorities. You will lead end-to-end customer communications, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination across planning, operations, and sales.

This role requires 5–8 years in customer operations or order management within manufacturing or regulated settings, with strong MS Office and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in customer operations, customer service, or order management in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience with SIOP and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Viant during customer communications, issue resolution and escalations.
• Lead customer communication for escalations and recovery plans with timely updates.
• Manage complex multi-site customer relationships in partnership with Sales.
• Coordinate order management and ensure accurate pricing, agreements and lead times.
