Lehman College is seeking an Administrative Events Coordinator to assist in planning, preparing, and executing performances and events at Lehman Stages. You will coordinate technical needs across venues, work with student staff, and communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 2 years in technical theater or event production, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Assists in the planning, preparation, and execution of performances, rehearsals, academic programming, and special events at Lehman Stages. This role supports the coordination of technical and logistical needs across multiple venues, working closely with Production Services staff, student technicians, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
