Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Technical Content Delivery Manager to lead LMS strategy and content architecture for the global Solutions Engineering Enablement team. You will own HighSpot administration, design content hierarchies, and partner with IT/Data to enable AI‑driven discovery and actionable analytics.

You’ll drive multi‑tiered learning delivery—from onboarding to just‑in‑time content—ensuring scalable, high‑impact technical assets that support field readiness and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Content Management, or Content Architecture within enterprise SaaS, IoT, hardware, or networking.
• Experience administering enterprise content repositories or LMS platforms (HighSpot preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with IT, data science, or engineering teams to leverage AI analytics or semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and optimize the LMS data architecture and folder structure.
• Structure and deliver content across onboarding, continuous education, and just-in-time learning.
• Lead AI search optimization, tagging, and semantic configurations with IT/data teams.
• Own analytics dashboards, track content usage, and highlight impactful material to leadership.
• Establish deprecation workflows and a feedback loop for content accuracy.
