Anaqua, Inc. is a premium provider of IP management technology solutions and services. The Technical Consultant Manager leads a team across France and the UK, driving AI-enabled consulting and data migration projects while delivering client-focused technical solutions.

With strong leadership and communication, you will oversee ETL activities, system integrations, and collaborate in a matrix organization to meet business requirements and technology changes.

Qualifications

• Proven people management and technical leadership in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing team priorities and escalations in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Consultants across France and the UK.
• Develop a clear 3–6 month plan for the team balancing people priorities, project delivery and changing technologies.
• Manage internal and client escalations, identifying root causes and determining resolution pathways.
• Drive the adoption and practical application of AI within Technical Consulting to improve productivity.
• Act as a technical leader on client projects, translating requirements into effective solutions.
• Oversee data migration and ETL activities, including data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation and resolution of complex migration issues.
• Support integrations between ANAQUA and other platforms or systems.
• Collaborate within a matrix organisation with project managers, business consultants and wider stakeholders to coordinate priorities and progress.
