ERM seeks a seasoned Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leader to shape strategy at scale as a Technical Consulting Director, EHS and Air Compliance and Management Systems, based in Indianapolis, IN. You will partner with top global clients to transform compliance, risk, and sustainability.

This role elevates ESG performance, operationalizes sustainability goals, designs and leads audit programs, and mentors a team of consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related field with a minimum 3.25 GPA.
• 8–12+ years of progressive EHS experience including team leadership; 15+ preferred.
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations and success in compliance strategy, permitting, and management systems.
• Expertise in operationalizing sustainability goals through EHS programs.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to co-create innovative solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related field. Minimum 3.25 GPA. or equivalent experience
