Job summary

Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) seeks a Technical Consulting Director in Indianapolis to shape EHS and Air Compliance and Management Systems for biotech clients.

You will lead strategy, drive multi-industry ESG integration, and mentor consultants while enhancing enterprise-wide compliance and sustainability outcomes. You will partner with global organizations to transform risk and performance, guiding audits, permitting, and governance within a leading global sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related field with minimum 3.25 GPA.
• 8–12+ years (15+ preferred) of progressive EHS experience, including team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations and success in compliance strategy, permitting, and management systems.
• Ability to operationalize sustainability goals through EHS programs and strong client relationships.
