You will lead EHS compliance tasks, perform site assessments, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while traveling locally up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related discipline is required.
• 2+ years of EHS experience in technology, data centers, pharma, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical and organizational abilities.
• Must be able to travel locally up to 60% and hold a valid driver's license.

• Assist with EHS compliance, sustainability, and due diligence projects.
• Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
• Conduct EHS assessments and implement corrective actions to meet regulations.
• Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
• Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed.
• Perform Phase I environmental site assessments for property transfers.
• Carry out inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments per OSHA.

What You’ll Bring:

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of EHS experience, ideally in technology, data centers, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and travel locally up to 60% of the time
• Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area

• Preferred Certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30, or similar
• Familiarity with EHS compliance programs and management systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with EHS compliance, sustainability, and due diligence transaction projects
• Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs
• Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations
• Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs
• Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed
• Perform Phase I environmental site assessments for property transfers
• Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies
• Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements
• Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service
