  • Strong commitment to safety, and ability to work safely outdoors in variable weather conditions and in challenging terrain.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting/problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus.

  • Demonstrated attributes to become a strong consultant: team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self‑starter who takes initiative, versatile, and service‑oriented mentality.
  • Highly organized with keen eye for detail, but with the ability to maintain the big picture.
  • High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Driver’s license required: valid driver’s license and/or ability to operate a company vehicle due to frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred

  • Prior consulting experience supporting EHS compliance or environmental projects.
  • Experience supporting multi‑site or complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, hazardous material management, oil spill prevention, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water and wastewater programs.
  • Perform environmental compliance assessments and implement follow‑up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide general EHS compliance support to clients, including on‑site assistance as needed.
  • Perform Phase I environmental site assessments to support property transfer transactions.
