Job summary

Veracity Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with SAM and CMDB experience to join our growing team.

You’ll lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership with platform build work. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, support multiple modules, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring alignment with best practices and measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
• CAD certification is required; CIS-level certifications preferred.
• Ability to own technical delivery and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and professional accountability.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
  
• Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work
  
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model)
  
• Partner directly with stakeholders and project teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  
• Support implementations across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps, etc.)
  
• Provide technical guidance on platform design, data structures, and integration patterns
  
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management
  
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards, performance, and long-term maintainability
  
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices as needed
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
  
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
  
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
  
• One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred (any module acceptable based on job requirements.)
  
• Comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with project and business stakeholders
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing or cross-functional environments
  
• Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
