Base pay range: $82,000.00/yr - $156,000.00/yr
Description
In this role you will work closely with UPS Risk Management and Health & Safety teams to identify, quantify, and reduce/eliminate risk. The right candidate for this role will bring strong relationship-building skills, service management skills, acute customer focus, and a passion for quality execution as well as the requisite technical skills and experience. Due to the dedicated aspect of the account, most days will be spent working onsite at various UPS locations.
Please Note: This position is eligible to be hired at different levels depending on experience. The territory associated with the role may change annually to align with the client\'s risk profile.
Responsibilities
- Account Service: Work with Customer Health & Safety and Operational Management and employees to provide comprehensive, highly sophisticated consulting services to assist in meeting customer goals. This will involve a deep understanding of customer operations and industry exposures in order to develop strategies to mitigate risk.
- Leadership: Collaborate, innovate, influence and inspire those around to meet a common goal. This includes mentoring and coaching, owning personal and career growth aspirations, and becoming a leader in the field.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a growth mindset that enables continuous improvement of work product and service delivery in a collaborative way that provides consistent innovation.
- Relationship Building: Form and sustain relationships at all levels of the customer organization and become a trusted influencer to impact business objectives. Develop a network of contacts to enhance Liberty Mutual\'s leadership position in the safety field and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/health field.
- Advanced degree and/or professional certification in CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE is common or encouraged.
- Strong knowledge in risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to retrieve/enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets.
- Regular travel required.
