Purpose

To apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives, working with greater independence and leading larger workstreams and developing internal teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Own smaller assignments and projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Begin to interface with higher-level clients, manage relationships, and support account management.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding the impact of successful delivery.
  • Interface proactively with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex situations.
  • Break down and structure complex problems independently.
  • Confer with managers on complex assignments, keep updated on progress.
  • Begin to influence organizational direction through conflict resolution and negotiation, develop others, and assist in team strategy.
  • Communicate complex proposals and reports effectively to senior management, persuade, influence, and structure presentations.
Qualifications

What will you bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with ME degree.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies.
  • Experience in Owner's Engineering Services and client management.
  • Construction/commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and Primavera.
  • Technical flexibility with analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of techno-economic modeling is advantageous.
  • Team-oriented with remote team management skills.
  • HSE awareness and project budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and proposal drafting skills.
  • Knowledge of project contractual and techno-contractual aspects.
