Purpose:

We seek Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders with in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities. Candidates should be capable of developing conclusions from analyses and applying results in client-specific contexts, working independently within established parameters, leading larger workstreams, and developing internal teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Own smaller assignments/projects, engage with teams and clients, and lead multi-office projects.
  • Interface with clients at higher levels, manage relationships, and support account management to foster future business opportunities.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and understand the impact of project delivery on revenue.
  • Coordinate with other workstreams and management, prioritize complex situations, and structure problem-solving approaches.
  • Manage conflict resolution, influence organizational direction, and assist in team development and troubleshooting.
  • Present complex proposals and reports to senior management, persuading and influencing stakeholders, and structuring presentations and workshops.

Qualifications:

What will you bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Keen understanding of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, Primavera, techno-economic modeling, and ability to manage remote teams.
  • Strong communication skills, proposal drafting ability, and contractual knowledge.
