Overview

Purpose

Applying in-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills, Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders independently develop conclusions and implement project scope aligned with client objectives. They work with greater independence, lead larger workstreams, and develop internal team members, while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Accountability for smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Interface with clients at higher levels, supporting account management and building relationships for future opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portion of project revenue, understanding its impact on current and future revenue.
  • Proactively set priorities, coordinate with other workstreams, and manage complex situations with organizational impact.
  • Break down and structure complex problems independently.
  • Confer with managers on complex assignments, keep updated on progress, and assist in troubleshooting and guiding team strategy.
  • Communicate complex proposals effectively to senior management, persuade, influence, and structure presentations and workshops.
Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with ME degree.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and Primavera outputs.
  • Technical flexibility, analytical abilities, and techno-economic modeling skills are advantageous.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage remote, multi-office teams.
  • HSE awareness, project budgeting, excellent communication skills, and proposal drafting ability.
