Purpose:

Applying in-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills, individuals in this role implement project scope and client objectives, developing conclusions from analyses and defining new approaches to complex challenges. They work with greater independence, lead larger workstreams, and develop internal teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage smaller assignments and projects, including team and client engagement, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Begin interfacing with higher-level clients and supporting account management and business development.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and understand the impact of project delivery on financial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex, multi-project situations.
  • Break down and structure complex problems independently.
  • Communicate complex proposals effectively to senior management and influence decision-making.

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Knowledge of diverse power technologies and owner's engineering services.
  • Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Primavera.
  • Strong analytical, techno-economic, and modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and proposal drafting skills.
  • Understanding of project contracting and HSE practices.
