Purpose

Applying in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. Developing conclusions from analyses and applying results to client-specific contexts. Leading larger workstreams and developing internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement.
• Beginning to manage client relationships and support account management.
• Responsible for a portion of project revenue and understanding its impact.
• Interface with other workstreams and management, setting priorities.
• Break down and structure complex problems independently.
• Work with greater independence, updating managers on progress.
• Assist in conflict resolution, team development, and strategy guidance.
• Communicate complex proposals effectively to senior management.

Qualifications

What will you bring:

• Experienced Power engineer, preferably ME.
• Knowledge of Power technologies and owner's engineering services.
• Construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
• Understanding of project scheduling, Primavera, and techno-economic modeling.
• Team player with remote team management skills.
• HSE awareness and project budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and proposal drafting skills.
