Purpose:

Project/Operational Managers or Workstream/Project Leaders apply in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and awareness of internal and client priorities to implement project scope and objectives. They independently develop conclusions from analyses, apply results to client-specific contexts, and define new approaches to complex challenges. They work with greater independence, lead larger workstreams or projects, and focus on developing internal team members and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of smaller assignments/projects, including team and client engagement, expectation setting, and accountability.
  • Interface with clients at higher levels and support account management, building relationships for future business.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and understand the impact of successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with other workstreams and management, setting priorities for complex, multi-project impacts.
  • Break down and structure complex problems independently.
  • Work with more independence, updating managers on progress.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate, influencing organizational direction and developing others.
  • Communicate complex proposals effectively to senior management, persuading and influencing others.

Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experienced Power engineer, preferably with ME degree.
  • Knowledge of diverse Power technologies and Owner's Engineering Services.
  • Construction/commissioning experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, Primavera, techno-economic modeling, and contractual knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, capable of managing remote teams, with HSE awareness and budget management skills.
