Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Role Overview

The Technical ERP Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions to meet client needs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on all technical aspects of ERP projects, working closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems to align with client requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, including reports, workflows, and dashboards.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and ERP enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support post-implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with both business and technical goals.
• Document processes, provide training, and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay current on ERP technologies, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor, or Epicor.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and ERP customization tools.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data conversion/migration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• ERP certifications (preferred, not required).
