Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to own our daily social presence in the physical AI space. You will publish on X, LinkedIn, and other channels, coordinate with writers, designers, and subject-matter experts, and respond in comments to foster real developer relationships.

You’ll tailor tone for engineers, track trends, and monitor engagement while coordinating with the social media team to keep content flowing on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in community management or related social roles
• Experience engaging with developer/engineer audiences
• Hands-on experience with social listening or analytics tools
• Strong writing skills with good tone
• Experience engaging with online communities (Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn)
• Experience marketing to technical audiences
• Familiarity with developer/open-source communities
• Ability to execute daily hands-on work

Responsibilities

• Own daily publishing across our social channels (X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain the content calendar, queues, and asset trackers.
• Adapt messaging to each platform’s voice and best practices.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and SMEs to move content pipeline.
• Engage in comments and DMs, building relationships with developers and researchers.
• Monitor conversations to stay current and flag opportunities in real time.
• Track audience engagement and inform future content decisions.
• Monitor competitor and industry activity regularly.
