Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developer community management, developer relations, or a closely related technical role.
• Demonstrated experience running Discord communities at scale.
• Proven track record building community programs from zero to measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Postman's Discord community, focusing on engagement and growth.
• Develop resources and programs for Ambassadors and participants.
• Connect community engagement to product activation.
