Responsibilities include:

• Communicating product offerings to refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and light industrial customers.
• Responding promptly and accurately to sales inquiries.
• Reviewing contracts, addressing design and technical questions, providing project updates.
• Maintaining communication and coordinating with others for quotes and order fulfillment.
• Developing knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery times, and other data.
• Owning and overseeing customer requests and concerns until resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Sales experience in relevant industries supporting customers and fabricators.
2. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
3. Mechanical inclination with strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Dependable, proactive, with multi-tasking abilities.
