Paymentus is seeking a Technical Client Manager to provide advanced technical analysis and strategic support for merchant payment data. You will audit merchant data to reduce interchange costs and identify downgrades, developing tools to automate cost-saving analyses for large-scale clients.
You will also lead efforts in processing data, building dashboards, and advising internal stakeholders and clients on scheme fees and network rules.
The primary role of the Technical Client Manager is to provide advanced technical analysis and strategic support for merchant payment data. This position focuses on auditing merchant transaction data to ensure the lowest possible interchange rates by identifying the root causes of high processing costs. The specialist will develop technical solutions for interchange optimization, analyze processor files to identify "downgrades," and create data-driven tools to enhance cost management for large-scale clients.

This position requires extended sitting and/or standing at a computer workstation.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Up to 15% travel to customers or partner sites may be required based on business needs
