Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst in Elk Grove, CA, a hybrid role with three days on-site. You will drive analysis, design, integration, and optimization of internal systems supporting content, data, and workflows, partnering with multiple teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a Solutions Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience documenting business processes, functional requirements, system specifications, and technical solutions.
• Experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver business‑critical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and improve internal business systems supporting content, data, and operational workflows.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage and support enterprise applications used by internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure partners, and project teams to define and deliver integrated technology solutions.
• Evaluate and support the adoption of AI-enabled technologies to improve automation, decision-making, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and long‑term technology strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve content creation, enrichment, and publishing workflows through enhanced systems, processes, and data management practices.
• Support system testing, implementation, change management, and ongoing production support activities.

As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will drive the analysis, design, integration, and optimization of internal business systems that support content, data, and operational workflows. You will partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

In this role, you will help shape the evolution of enterprise applications by translating business needs into technical requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting the integration of AI-driven capabilities. You will also contribute to the ongoing enhancement of content creation, enrichment, and publishing systems, helping maximize the value and quality of organizational data and content assets.

The ideal candidate combines strong systems analysis expertise with experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, engineering, data, or shop management environments, and is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a Solutions Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience documenting business processes, functional requirements, system specifications, and technical solutions.
• Experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver business‑critical technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting content creation, enrichment, publishing, or large‑scale content management systems.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI or automation technologies within business processes and enterprise systems.
• Experience with system integration projects involving multiple platforms and stakeholders.
• Automotive industry experience in diagnostics, repair, engineering, data analysis, technical content, or shop management.
