Technical Business Systems Analyst Job Description

We are currently hiring a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support our end clients' complex IT Infrastructure projects. The Technical Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the program manager to provide day-to-day requirements management and project support for 2-3 projects involving software or infrastructure implementations.

Position Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of business systems analysis experience required
• Developing documentation and requirements analysis
• IT implementation experience involving upgrades, migrations, consolidations, or decommissioning projects
• Experience with SAP systems
• Creating detailed technical specifications, workflows, and process diagrams to support project execution
• Facilitating requirements meetings
• Gathering and analyzing technical requirements for end-of-life projects
• Developing detailed technical documentation
• Ensuring all requirements align with business scope and technical constraints
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and issues
• 100% remote role
• 7+ month contract role
• Must pass background and drug screening
