Job summary

Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Technical Business / Data Analyst for a 6-month engagement in the DFW or PHL area. You will improve IT systems, develop data pipelines, and translate business needs into technical requirements while working in an Agile context.

You will design QA plans, automate reporting, and ensure end-user proficiency. Strong SQL, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), NoSQL databases, and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 4 years of related experience in database management, data analysis, data pipelines, and QA testing.
• Experience across SDLC phases; strong SQL and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms; NoSQL databases experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform system and data analyses on software, databases, data pipelines, apps and web services.
• Design test plans, scenarios and scripts for quality assurance testing.

Technical Business / Data Analyst (DFW or PHL) 6 months with possible extensions

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Business / Data Analyst to improve our information technology systems. To ensure success as a Technical Business Analyst, you should demonstrate experience and creativity in data analysis and data-oriented system development. Outstanding Technical Business / Data Analysts combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge.

Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Performing system and data analyses on software programs, databases, data pipelines, applications, and web services.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts in order to conduct quality assurance testing.
• Develop user stories and maintaining the backlog in an Agile environment
• Develop automation scripts and reporting systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, including SQL queries.
• Working with both business and technical resources, often acting as a liaison

Technical Business Analyst Requirements:

• Must have experience working within the financial/banking industries or manufacturing/supply chain industries
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar field.
• 4 years of directly related experience in database management systems, data analysis, data pipelines, and data-oriented quality assurance testing.
• Extensive experience in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
• Experience working with data analysis on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
• Experience with database technologies such as NoSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc
• Nice to have – knowledge / exposure to Azure services like – Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Catalog and Storage Explorer
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Expert level skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to facilitate internal, team and client meetings to achieve their objectives.
• Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
