ComResource is hiring a Senior Technical Business / Data Analyst for a LOCAL client.

This is a Hybrid role, onsite three days a week.

Due to client contracts, you must be authorized to work and a USC.

This particular BA is for the data team. In addition to standard BA experience (noted below), the ideal candidate will have the following key qualities:

• Data literacy
• Understanding data warehousing & ETL processes
• Data modeling concepts
• Proficiency in Visualization and BI tools
• Data governance and quality awareness

General BA key responsibilities:

1. Writing requirements for the RFP process for the upcoming ERP project
2. Defining and documenting business requirements
3. Process mapping and analysis
4. Writing User Stories that will feed into development team refinement sessions
5. Documenting acceptance criteria
6. Being the liaison for the business in IT discovery and prioritization meetings
7. Running refinement sessions
8. Participate in discovery and completion of the estimation model
9. Coordinate QA and UAT
10. Facilitate the CAB change management process
