Job summary

ForTec Medical, Inc. seeks a Technical Business Analyst to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, epics, and user stories.

You will collaborate with the SDI team, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clear, testable delivery across applications, APIs, and data. Responsibilities include maintaining traceability from requirements through development, providing system knowledge, and supporting UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in systems analysis or technical business analysis.
• Experience translating requirements into system artifacts.
• Proficient in SQL and data querying.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to work with Jira to manage epics and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved business requirements into detailed system requirements.
• Collaborate with SDI, architecture, engineering, QA and stakeholders.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through development and testing.
• Develop knowledge of assigned applications and data.
• Support UAT planning and defect tracking.
• Document system behavior and data relationships.
