Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, support solution design, and ensure delivery aligns with functional and technical needs.

You will work with product owners, SMEs, and end-users to gather requirements, document BRDs/FRDs/User Stories in Jira/Confluence, develop API specs, data mappings, and validate solutions through SQL

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA in IT projects with SDLC/Agile/Scrum.
• Strong SQL, API basics, data mapping, and traceability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and system requirements with Product Owners and SMEs.
• Document BRDs/FRDs/User Stories with acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence.
• Translate needs into API specs, data mappings, and system flows.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release docs.
• Support UAT, production validation, and post-go-live triage.
