Qualifications

Evaluate current and emerging business procedures, collaborating with clients and internal teams to propose impactful system solutions and process improvements. Proactively bring cross-functional teams together to shape user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications (including API contracts, payload logic, and data mappings). Facilitate data analysis, query system data to uncover edge cases, and map complex integration dependencies across backend architecture. Manage project backlogs during discovery, build, and run phases, balancing business priorities against technical constraints, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and engineering effort. Support and lead client discovery conversations, driving estimation efforts, facilitating workshops, and championing best practices across your project team.

Proven experience delivering both product-led user initiatives and complex technical projects (e.g., API integrations, platform migrations, data architecture). Experience working for a Consultancy or Client facing environment Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst working closely with engineering, architecture and product teams. Experience working with data, including data mapping, data models, databases and ideally SQL. A strong track record of working alongside engineering teams to analyse data flows, system logic, and technical dependencies. A user-centric mindset that ensures backend architectural choices directly support a seamless end-user experience. Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of business context and translating complex goals into clear specifications. Bring meticulous requirements analysis, lead estimation efforts, and champion best practices across your project team.
