Job summary

CreateFuture is seeking a collaborative, technically grounded Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You’ll drive high-impact change across client engagements, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders while shaping backend and frontend specifications.

You’ll own meticulous requirements analysis, data-flow mapping, estimation, and delivery best practices within your team, with a focus on API integrations, data architecture, and system integration logic.

Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of business context and translating complex goals into clear. specifications. Bring meticulous requirements analysis, lead estimation efforts, and champion best practices across your project team. Experimented with AI tools to accelerate research, draft baseline specifications, map data fields, or red-team edge cases in system flows. Exposure to or curiosity about how modern AI capabilities, LLMs, or agentic workflows integrate into backend system architectures. A proactive approach to exploring new tools and techniques that improve the speed and quality of business analysis, with a desire to share those learnings with colleagues.
