Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, workflows, and technology to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to understand needs and develop technology-based solutions.
• Translate operational needs into clear business and technical requirements.
• Recommend and assist with implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, integrations, and implementation as needed.
• Assess SAO case management and digital evidence systems for maximized capability.
• Analyze data from SAO systems to support planning and data-driven decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data visualizations.
• Identify data quality, reporting, workflow, and system issues and address them.
• Document processes, procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Support new or enhanced technology and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and partners on improvements.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for SAO operations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
