- Experience partnering with software developers, cloud/devops engineers, and project managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements as user stories, processes, and rules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align on technical solutions and constraints.
- Define acceptance criteria and functional requirements for new and existing systems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and clarify ambiguities to keep projects on track.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and inefficiencies and bring structure to loosely defined projects.
