Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Remote)

Overview:

SGF Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a dynamic and fast-paced IT enterprise environment. This role will be essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that IT initiatives align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Partner with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions
• Analyze current workflows and systems, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
• Support planning, execution, and validation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements
• Strong skills in translating business objectives into technical solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
