Qualifications

• Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards and using ServiceNow and Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong SOP design, implementation and evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of IT service management, SLAs and KPIs.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and report on service performance.
