Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in SAP CS (Customer Service) with a deep understanding of standard CS processes and configurations
• Excellent knowledge of Contracts, Billing and Pricing
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments, with emphasis on core Service functionality rather than advanced S/4HANA-specific features
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly hands-on role, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders and driving solution discussions and design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
