Callibrity in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. You will drive technical clarity, optimize processes, and collaborate across producer domains with stakeholders and engineers.

The ideal candidate combines strong data skills, SQL proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will document data flows, support QA, and act as a pseudo-Product Owner when needed.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong command of SQL and experience with data systems and flows.
• Familiarity with Postman for API interaction.
• Proven ability to document data rules at a granular level.
• Experience supporting QA teams through requirement validation and data verification.
• Assertive and proactive communicator — not afraid to challenge norms and propose improvements.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA, and external vendors.
• Ability to quickly understand domain complexity and align efforts to broader business and technical goals.

We are currently seeking aTechnical Business Analyst to join our team, with a focus on driving technical clarity, process improvement, and collaboration within the Producer domain. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical aptitude with excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to challenge the status quo.

• Support QA by analyzing and comparing payloads (payload diffing) and ensuring requirements are testable.
• Step into apseudo-Product Owner role when needed, advocating for business priorities and clarifying requirements.
• Foster and support acollaborative culture, bringing energy, accountability, and innovation to the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong command ofSQL and experience working directly with data systems and flows.
• Familiarity with tools such asPostman for API interaction.
• Proven experience indocumenting business rules at a granular level.
