Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong blend of technical understanding and business analysis capability to support enterprise supply chain and digital platform initiatives. This role bridges business needs and technology execution, requiring hands‑on knowledge of integrations, data, and scripting along with solid functional and process analysis skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications
• Support integration design across enterprise applications and platforms
• Collaborate with developers on APIs, data mappings, and system interfaces
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, interface documents, and user stories
• Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews
• Support testing strategy, test cases, and defect analysis
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
