Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Technical Authority Training Support professional to support the Submarine In-service Program Office.

This role will provide administrative and SME support for TA training and risk management initiatives, with responsibilities spanning curriculum development, governance alignment, and program execution. Qualifications include a DoW Secret clearance, a bachelor’s with 10+ years (or equivalent), advanced MS Office skills, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• An Associate’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• A high school diploma with at least 14 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and execution support to assist the DRPM CHENG organization in developing and executing Technical Authority (TA) Training.
• Provide subject matter expertise for planning and development of Enterprise Risk and Configuration Management Boards.
• Support planning and development of DRPM CHENG training efforts.
• Review instructional materials to ensure alignment with policies and governance documents; draft revised curricula as needed.
• Develop transition plans and implementation timelines; tailor curricula and maintain action lists for TA training updates.
• Develop tools and reports to support risk assessment, design and non-conformance decision-making and correlate issues to systems and hulls.
