Job summary

AlphaGov seeks a 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Technical Assistance Specialist for remote, project-based work. You will deliver training, coaching and professional development to grantees and site coordinators, and support quality improvement across programs.

You’ll design trainings, assist with Title IV, Part B compliance and data reporting, and develop tools and templates. Strong writing and facilitation on a flexible, consultant basis are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in afterschool / OST programs, with direct experience supporting 21st CCLC grantees (state agency, TA center, intermediary or evaluator)
• Experience delivering training or TA to multiple sites or subgrantees, not only running a single program
• Working knowledge of Title IV, Part B requirements, grantee monitoring and federal reporting
• Clear writer and facilitator who can turn findings into usable improvement plans
• Comfortable as an independent consultant on a project basis

About the role

AlphaGov is looking for a 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Technical Assistance Specialist: an afterschool and out-of-school-time (OST) expert who has provided training, coaching, monitoring support and program-quality improvement to 21st CCLC grantees. This independent consultant role supports a state education agency engagement covering statewide technical assistance to 21st CCLC subgrantees.

What you’ll do

Engagement

This is a project-based, remote engagement. It is contingent on contract award and final staffing approval, and no assignment is guaranteed. We will ask your permission before including your name or résumé in any proposal.
