Job summary

Arrowhead Winch Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Janitor for a day shift in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. You will support manufacturing plant operations, cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m., with occasional overtime. Background checks and pre-employment physicals are required, with comprehensive benefits offered. Work environments are safe, climate controlled, and designed to maintain high safety standards.

• Ability to follow all written and verbal work instruction, operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean manufacturing shop floors, surfaces, and restrooms to maintain hygiene in production.
• Empty trash containers, replace liners, and dispose of waste materials as needed using forklift as required.
• Clean restrooms and operate riding floor scrubber machine.
• Assist with on-site event setup and teardown.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The Industrial Janitorwill support manufacturing plant operations with essential functions listed below. Hours will be Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. with occasional overtime. Strict attendance policy is required. Industrial Janitor - day shift (Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean manufacturing shop floors, surfaces, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment in production facility on a schedule and as needed
• Emptytrashcontainers,replaceliners,andproperlydisposeofwastematerials using forklift as needed
• Clean restrooms
• Operate riding floor scrubber machine
• Assist with on-site event set up and tear down
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow all written and verbal work instruction, operations and procedures

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to frequently use a mop, broom, and other cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to10 hours per day.
• Must be able to frequently bend and squat.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to apply 65 pounds of push/pull force.
• Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to greases, oils, solvents, and surface coatings.
• Must be capable of safely working around heavy machinery and equipment.
• Must be able to see clearly and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.
