Job summary

Pixaera is seeking an AI Video Pipeline Engineer to own and accelerate the studio’s AI image and video pipeline. You’ll turn R&D into a scalable system, balancing open and closed weight tools, and pushing quality with speed.

You’ll collaborate with Ryan and the team, bringing an eye for art and a systems mindset. Expect high output, rigorous collaboration, and a portfolio that proves responsibility for pipelines used by artists.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated generative AI production pipeline used by a team.
• Experience training models (LoRAs or similar) with datasets and captions.
• Hands-on ComfyUI: build, debug, version graphs and nodes.
• Strong knowledge of Stable Diffusion, ControlNets, IP-Adapters.
• Production view on closed-weight vs open-weight tools.
