Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise customer engagements, spanning Slack and Salesforce products and third-party systems.
You'll guide architecture through implementation, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability, and work with delivery managers and customer teams to validate scope, feasibility, and risks while driving reusable patterns and AI-native tooling for efficiency.
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Are you a hands-on technical leader who thrives translating ambiguous customer requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions across Slack and Salesforce? Are you energized by working directly with Enterprise customers to design and build integrations, custom apps, and platform configurations that unlock the full value of Slack (including Slack AI) and the broader Salesforce ecosystem? We want to talk to you! Slack is looking for a Technical Architect to join our global project delivery organization supporting Enterprise customer implementations. We need someone who is technically deep, delivery-focused, and comfortable owning the hands-on technical build - from architecture through implementation - while partnering closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Designers, and customer technical teams. You'll be the technical backbone of Enterprise engagements: architecting, building, and validating solutions that span Slack, Salesforce clouds, and third-party systems, while ensuring what's built is secure, scalable, and maintainable long after go-live.
