West Monroe is currently seeking a talented Salesforce Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for leading project teams, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing configurations on Salesforce. The Architect also develops methodology and best practices with the global Technology & Experience team, and actively participates in business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the technical and integration workstreams within the overall program.
  2. Partner with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager on the overall quality of the deliverables and adherence to program status and budget.
  3. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
  4. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
  5. Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states.
  6. Provide technical oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
  7. Follow and help define coding standards; lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns.
  8. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.
  9. Guide application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education.
  10. Identify and proactively manage risk areas, ensuring issues are resolved.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of CRM experience, primarily with Salesforce.
  • Expertise in Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying OmniStudio components such as Flexcards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
  • Ability to determine when to use Flow vs OmniStudio.
  • Experience with OmniStudio components in Experience Cloud or industry clouds is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Processing Engine, Business Rules Engine, and relevant AppExchange platforms like nCino, Vlocity.
  • Strong Salesforce development and configuration skills; understanding of systems architecture, design patterns, data sharing, and platform security.
  • Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%; hybrid role (1-2 days/week in-office).
