Technical Director Responsibilities

Salesforce Technical Architect Role

The Salesforce Technical Architect will design project solutions across various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud). They will possess an expert understanding of Salesforce standard applications, web application development, integrations, and tools such as APIs, Apex, Lightning, and the AppExchange.

Responsibilities include leading technical requirements gathering, writing requirements and architecture documents, managing integration tasks, and translating business process flows into technical use cases.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles as a technical specialist, architect, or developer.
• Deep expertise in designing and architecting cloud-based enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with complex application integrations and data conversions.
• Designing and documenting end-to-end Salesforce solutions, leading technical workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Managing technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions on large-scale CRM projects.
• Designing and managing test plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Ability to train and develop technical staff.
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• Willingness to support pursuit activities as a technical expert.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferences:

• Salesforce Application Architect, Certified Systems Architect, or Technical Architect certifications.
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plus.
