A leading company in the IT sector is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect for a fully remote, 12-month contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce experience, strong architectural design skills, and a proven track record in leading technical teams. Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.

Fully remote - Immediate interviews for Salesforce Technical Architect - 12 months contract to hire

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design and Strategy:
   • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business needs and long-term goals.
   • Develop enterprise-level solutions and provide technical governance across Salesforce projects.
2. Technical Leadership:
   • Lead technical teams in the delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
   • Provide technical guidance to developers and other team members.
3. Solution Development:
   • Define and document the technical design for Salesforce solutions, including data models, security models, and system integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
