Your Role & Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance PLM solutions tailored to enterprise needs
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical design and solution blueprints
• Lead end-to-end PLM implementation efforts, including solution design, data modeling, integrations, and customization
• Evaluate and recommend PLM tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Support technical delivery across global teams and ensure architectural integrity throughout project lifecycles
• Continuously optimize PLM solutions and advocate for process improvements and emerging best practices

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience in PLM technology and architecture (Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or similar)
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Proficiency in integrating PLM systems with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications
• Proven ability to guide technical teams, lead complex projects, and engage directly with stakeholders
• Experience with cloud deployments, security best practices, and performance optimization

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Expertise in PLM platform migrations or large-scale upgrades
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with digital thread or digital twin concepts

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus
